Lynn & Dave Noyes at 1200 Bridger Drive, Bozeman, MT. 59715-2304 are in a unique position at
present. Our pump to our well quit about 2 months ago. We had a new pump system installed only to find
out our well was dry. We were going to drill a new well as soon as we could hire someone to do the job.
In the interim, our septic system started backing up into our basement. We Roto-Rootered the line & had
the holding tank pumped only to find out out septic drain field was failing. We contacted the city & were
advised of the State law that prohibits us from repairing our septic system & that we needed to hook up to
the city services. We got the necessary paperwork from the city & found out the process for annexation is
fairly complicated & we need help completing the process. Dave has MS & is wheelchair bound, I am his
caregiver & we are in an intolerable situation. Neither of us can take a shower, we're using bottled water
for drinking & cooking, & his daily care is very difficult because of his incontinence without basic services.
In this day & age no one should have to live under these conditions indefinitely, especially someone with
a severe disability.
We are requesting an expedited hookup to city water & sewer prior to the annexation process. We need
these services ASAP as this is effecting our health. We are both 72. Thank you for your prompt attention
