RE: Spring Run Apartments HOME Annual Rental Certification for Calendar Year 2016
Dear Ms. Franzwa,
The Annual Rental Certification for calendar year 2016(January 1,2016—December 31,2016)must be submitted
to the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) by October 1, 2017. Please provide tenant information
for the entire year, including new tenants and tenants that have moved out of the property. Note:there is a new
Annual Rental Certification form for the calendar year 2016 certification. The form may be found on the HOME
website, under Commonly Used Forms:.http://comdev.mt.gov/Programs/HOME.
Please submit the Annual Rental Certifications electronically to DOCHOME@mt.gov or hardcopy to:
