HomeMy WebLinkAbout1945-01-19 I I I tor-- .Ja Bozeman, Montana January 19, 1945 The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Friday evening, January 19th, 1945, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. Those being present were Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Busch, City Manager Quinnell, Direc~ tor of Finance Walter Davis and the Acting Clerk. Absent, Commissioner Healy. The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner Busch, seconded by Mayor Landoe tha t the minutes be approved as read, and the motion was carried. Applications for City Licenses The following applications for City Licenses were presented and read: Business: F. Harl Caven Dr. M. L. Hultgren Fashion Barber Shop Jason's Story Motor Supply Commercial National Bank Belshaw for Tires Ryan B'rui t Company Heetderks-Scherer Clinic J. H. Dickson Bozeman Cold Storage Elaine Beauty Shop Dr. Luvelva Petrau8ch Heidel Agenc y ) Oxford Hotel Dokken Funeral Home Long's Tire Shop Bozeman Feed and Grain Kenyon-Noble Lumber Company The Baxter Hotel Pharmacy Swanson Lumber & Feed Co. Richardson's Snappy Service McCay Hardware Gallatin Cooperative Creamery Bennett~Stith Agency Cresap McCracken Gas Co-op It was moved by Commissioner Busch, seconded by Mayor Landoe that the applica- tions be approved and the licenses issued and the motion was carried. Traffic Ordinance City Attorney Walter Aitken being absent on account of illness, the matter of a new ordinance to re~llate the transportation of flamable liquids in and through the city will be considered by the City Commissioners at the next regular meeting.
