Brian, I would like to endorse the Black-Olive Project. I know it has caused a great deal of controversy in the community, and you are likely to get an enormous amount of upset citizens demanding that this project be rejected, but I believe this type of housing is needed, especially
within walking distance of downtown. The developers have tried to work with the community, and from what I understand they are now in full compliance of the city's master plan, and they are not asking for any deviations.
