I watched with great interest the "affordable housing" application tonight
What was never discussed was maximum number of occupants in a 300 sq ft home. An ADU is a 600 sq ft maxwith max of 2 people. How can 300 sq ft be single family housing ? Isn't this really housing for single high wageearners or couples? I don't see how this project addresses affordable family housing in any way,. So what youreally passed was housing for 2 - 4 people, in no way does this help the current housing issue, and made residentsin the neighborhood really angry.
