Dear Commissioners,
I am writing you today to get an update on the city policy regarding the building moratorium within a
half mile of an intersection receiving a D or F grade. Below is a copy of the email thread from June 2017.
We are anxious to find a resolution so that we can proceed with our project. If a solution cannot
developed in the next couple weeks, we will still sell the lot to you, but the price is going up every
passing day. If the sale will not work, we will be forced to seek legal representation to pursue this
matter.
