This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. D. Approval of Minutes: June 8, 2017 Meeting Minutes – Motion and Vote E. Announcements G. Special Presentation H. Committee Report, Discussion, and Action Items: 1) Division & Gallatin Valley Land Trust Report: Jeff Hough 2) Action Items: Carolyn Poissant a. Application for Allocation of Cash-in-lieu of Parkland Dedication Funds for North Black Downtown Park: [Includes attachments] Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented and public input received to date, I hereby move to recommend that the City Commission approve the allocation of $20,000 from the Cash-in-lieu of parkland dedication account to the North Black Pocket Park improvement project. b. Development Application # 17247 - 415 East Olive - Site Plan application proposing a one bedroom, 1,500 SF second home accessed off the alley on a 14,400 SF lot in R-2 zoning (CLIP proposal) [Includes attachments] Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented and public input received to date, I hereby move to recommend that the City Commission approve the applicant’s proposal to pay $ (need amount from applicant) to the cash-in-lieu of parkland dedication account for Development Application #17247 – 415 East Olive, as requested by the applicant. c. Development Application #17122 - Midtown Apartments (511 W. Peach) – 9 unit, 3 story, B2-M zoning infill project (CLIP proposal) [Includes attachments] Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented and public input received to date, I hereby move to recommend that the City Commission approve the applicant’s proposal to pay $4455.61 to the cash-in-lieu of parkland dedication account for Development Application #17122 - Midtown Apartments, as requested by the applicant. 3) Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee Report: Stephanie Gray 4) Subdivision Review Committee: Brian Close 5) Parks & Cemetery Superintendent Report: Thom White 6) Parks & Recreation Director Report: Mitch Overton 7) City Commissioner Perspective: Carson Taylor 8) FYI/Discussion -- Next meeting: September 14th 9) Adjournment by 9:00p.m. This board generally meets the second Thursday of the month from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Committee meetings are open to all members of the public.
