The CommissIon of The C,1 ty of Bozeman met in regular session tnthe" Commis sion Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, February 4th, 1944, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being
present were Mayor Landoe" Commissioner Healy, Commissioner Lowe, City Manager Quinnell,
City Attorney Aitken, and the Clerk, when the following proceedings were had to-wit:
The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner
Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Healy that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion
was oarried by t~e following Aye and No, vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Bandoli', Com-
missioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.

Claims for the Month
Claims Nos. 5892 to 6029 inclusive were presented on the various funds as follows:

The Manager stated he has Budi ted these claims and finds them to be true Bnd lawful
olaims aga.inst The City of Bozeman and reconnnends that warrants be drawn for their pay-
ment. After examina tion of the claims in detail by the City Commissioners, it was moved
by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the claims be allowed and
warrants drawn for their payment and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe;
those voting No, none.
Claims Nos. 49 to 67 inclusive for the Nursery School Project in the amount of

$747.46 were presented.
After examination of these claims by the Commis sion, it was
moved by Commissioner Healy, seoonded by Commissioner Lowe that the claims be ordered
paid and the motion was carried'by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye
being Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none..

Resignation
Airport Board
The resignation of Mr. G. C. Waite as a member of the Gallatin Airport Board was
presented and read. It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe
that the resignation be accepted and the City's thanks be extended to Mr. Waite for
his faithful services and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those
voting Aye being Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Lowe and Commissioner Healy; those voting
No, none.
Building ++ Eagle's Hall
The Mana ger reported that during the pas t week, the Eagle' B Hall had been checked
over Inconnection with the proposed construction of a new entrance. The building code
was alao consulted and it was found that it is contrary to the provisions of the code
to have less than .two entrances to buildings of this character and that therefore build-
ing a new entrance would not permit them to close the old entrance.

There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissione~ Healy that the meeting adjourn and
the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye beinr Mayor
Landoe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.
