February 11th, 1944
The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, Feqruary llth, 1944, at 7:30 o'clock f.M. Those being
present were Mayor L8m1Cbe, Commie sioner Healy, Commie stoner Lowe, Ci ty Manager Quinnell,
City Attorney Aitken, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk when the following
proceedings were had to-wit:
The minutes of the las t regular session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner
Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the minutes be approved as read and the motion
was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landee, Com-
mis s ioner Hea ly and Commiss! oner Lowe; those vo ting No, none.

Applications for City Licenses
The following applications for City Licenses were presented and read:

Keeton Clinic
Embry & Jordon
Gallatin Lumber Co.
Bozeman Jewelry Co.
Florence B. Riesland
Bozeman Auto Wreckers
Bennett:Stith Agency
Baxter Hotel Pharmacy

Butte-Bozeman Delivery Service
It was moved by Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Healy that the applica-
tions be approved and the licenses issued and the motion was carried by the following
Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner
Lowe; those voting No, none.
Report
The report of the Employment Offioer for the month of January, 1944 was presented
and read. It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the re-
port be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landoe, Commis8ioner Healy and CommIssioner Lowe;
those voting No, none.
Bond -- Clerk of the Commission

The bond of L. G. Shadoan, as Clerk of the City Commis ~ on .and Assistant Director of
Finance in the amount of $2000.00 was presented. The bond was approved as to form by the
City Attorney, whereupon, it was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner
Lowe that the bond be accepted and approved and the motion was carried by the following
Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landoe, Commissioner Lowe and Commissioner
Healy; those voting No, none.
Appointment -- Bradford to Plumbing Board
The Mayor announced the appointment of C. D. Bradford to fill the unexpired term of
J'oselph-S.Budd as the Journeyman Plumber on the Plumbing Board. It was moved by Commis-
sioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Healy that the appointment be approved and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Landoe;
Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.

There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commiss! onsr Lowe that the meeting adjourn and
the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vo te; those voting Aye being Mayor
Landoe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.
