The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in remllar session in the Commission Room,
Cit;T Hall Building, Monday mornin.a', January 3rd, 1944, at IO:OO o'clock A. M. Those
being present were Mayor Busch, Commis~ion Landoe, Commissioner Sorenson, Commissionem-
elect Healy and Lowe, City Manager Quinnell, and the Clerk when the followin~ proceedings
were had to-wit:
The minutes of the last rR'"!ular session were read, and it was moved by Commis2ioner
Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landos that the minutes be approved as read, and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vo te; those vottng Aye being Mayor Busch,
Commissioner Landoe and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.
Organization of Co~~ission
The Manager stated the purpose of this meeting was to complete any unfinished business
of the retirinR': Commi sfdon and for the organiza tion of the new Commission.
Section No. 5448 of the Revised Codes providing for this meeting was read. There being
no unfinished business of the retiring Commission, retiring Mayor Busch and Commispioner
Soren~onJ after appropriate remarks, turned tpeir chairs over to the incoming members of
the Commis ~don.
Commissioners Healy and Lowe acknowledp-inq" took their respective places.
rrhere being no further business to come bofore the Commission at th.is time, it was
moved by Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Healy that the meeting adjourn and the
motion was carri ed b:v the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye 'Eleing Mayor Landoe;
Commissioner Lowe and Commissioner Heai:YJ; those voting No, none.
