'l'hose being present were Mayor Thlsch, Commissioner Sorenson, Commissioner Landoe, City Attorney Aitken, City Manager Quinnell, City Engineer Thorpe, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk, whenthe following proceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Mayor Busch that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those vo ting Aye being Mayor Busch, Com- missioner 00renson and Commissioner Landoe; those vot5ng No, none. Applications for City Licenses The following applicAtions for City Licenses were presented and read: Burger Inn V .J Bittner N A Terpstra Dr. C S Smith Barrel Cleaners Embry & Jordon C. Laureleaf Service Station Baxter Hotel Pharmacy Northern ~ire Shop It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the applications be approved and the licenses issued and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, Commissioner Landoe and Commissioner Sorenson; those votmg No, none. Claims for the Month Claims Nos. 4247 to 4368 inclusive were presented on the various funds as follows: Cemetery General Library Park Water Garbar'e Band War Bond $ 481.48 5,804.72 465.73 665.81 1,620.87 861.80 1,010.60 136.25 $ 11,047.26 To tal The Manager s ta ted he has audi ted these claims and finds them to be true and lawful claims against The City of Bozeman and recommends thnt warrants be drawn for their payment. After examination of the claims in detail by the Commisi"ion, it was 'Y1oved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the claims be approved and allowed and warrants drawn for their payment and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Landoe; those voting No, none. Reports The following reports for the month of February were presented and read: Police Chief Police Judge Cashier Engineer Director of Finance Allotment Control Sheet Came terv Board Water C~llactor It was moved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commiflsioner Sorenson that the reports be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those vot~~ng Aye be~ng Mayor Busch, Commissioner ~orenson and Commissioner Landoe; those voting No, none. . I I I I Communications The Manager read a communication from Mr. D. S. Williams accepting appointment on the Library Board. The Manager announced that the AAA is not using the Comnn.mi ty Room a t the Armory Build:tng and the t the room could be rented at any time.
