" '.. / il I t Bozeman, Montana February 12th, 1943 The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Friday everting, February 12th, 1943, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being present were Mayor Busch, Commissioner Landoe, Commissioner Sorenson, Ci ty Manager Q,uinnell, City Engineer Thorpe, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk, when the following probeedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was Moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner LBndoe that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those '70 ting Aye being Mayor Dusch, Commissioner Landoe and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none. Repor ts The follow:tng reports for the month were presented and read: Engineer State Board of Health Water Analysis City Manager's Monthly Budget Control Sheet It was moved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the re- ports be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Landoe; those voting No, none. Applications for City Licenses The following applications for City Licenses were presented and read: Barer's E. O. Perkins Staudaher's Nicholson's E.V'!. Servo Livingston ~arble & Granite Works It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the ap- plic~tions be appr~ved and the licenses issued and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, CommissIoner ::.:iorenson and Commissioner Landoe; those voting No, none. Armory The Manager st~ted tha t the college students wished to use the Armory Drill Hall, March 15th for a dance to entertain college men enter1ng Military Service. It was ex- plained that the $20.00 for one evening's use of the Hall for the above purpose will be paid by the students. Police Uniforms The Manager stated that new police uniforms were to be purchased through a local tailor who would guarantee a good fit; but that the same company that made the uniforms last year w~uld furnish them again this year. Adjournment There belng no further busIness to come before the Comml.ssion at this time, it was moved by Commis sloner Landoe, seconded by Commis stoner Sorenson that tIle mee ting ad'!
