Montana February l4, 1951 The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Wednesday afternoon, February 14, 1951 at l:OO o'clock P. M. Those being present were Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor, Commissioner Healy, City Manager Henderson, City Attorney Lovelace and the Clerk when the following proceedings were had; I The minutes of the last regular session were rea.d and it was moved by Commissioner Hea.ly, seconded by Commissioner Secor, that the minutes be a.rproved as read, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Reports 'I'he following reports for the month of Janua.ry, 1951 were presented: Chief of Police Cemetery Boa rd Sanitary Inspector Recreation Director It was moved by Commissioner Hea.ly, seconded by Commissioner Secor, that the reports be accepted and ordered filed end the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Report on Legislative Matters The City Manager rerorted to the Commission on the present status of legislative bills affecting cities and towns. Bond of S. D. Waldorf The bond of S. D. Waldorf, as City Engineer, in the amount of $2,000.00 was presented. The bond I was approved as to form by the City Attorney, whereupon, it was moved by Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Healy, that the bond be approved and acceFted, and the motion was carried by the follow- ing Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Corrnnissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Northwest Airline Service at Gallatin Field A cOlttmunication was read, stating the request of the Northwest Airline for seasonal suspension of service at Gallatin Field has been denied pending a hearing before the Civil Aeronautics Board. Appointment -- Director, Gallatin Ambulance Service, Inc. Joint Resolution No. 680 for the operation of the City-County Ambulance Service requires the. t a director be appointed to Gallatin Ambulance Service, Inc., the non-profit corporation ha.ving control of the operation of the ambulance. It was moved by Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Healy, that the City Manager represent The City of Bozeman as said Director. and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye beinE Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those votinG No, none. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by 1 Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Healy, that the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy;-those voting No, none.
