M. Those being present were Mayor Lowe, Cor'l:nissioner Secor. Conunissioner Healy, Ci ty ManaL::sr Hendersor;, City Attorn,:,y Lovelace 8nd the Clerk when the following; proceedinGs were hnd: The minutes of the last reGular session were read end it was moved by Conunissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor, that the minutes be arpro\'ed as read, and the motion was carried by the followinG Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Comm.issioner Secor ArlO Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Reports The relort of the Librarian for the month of February, 1951 was I,resented. It was moved b;y' Commis- sioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Eenly, that the report be acc8lted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those votinG Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Sanitary Sewer Maintenance to be Charged to S. D. S. Revenue Fund Ordimmce No. 746 Frovides that the mfJintenance ard operation eX!jenses of the sewage disposal system be charted aGainst the gross revenues of the Sewat;e Disposal System Revenue Fund. Cherge for the oper- ation er;d maintenance of the sanitary sewers has, in the past, been charged to the General Fund. After consideration and discussion, it was moved by Gormdssioner Healy, seconded by Conunissioner Secor, that the Director of Finance be instructed to charge m!:dntenance and operation costs of the sanitary sewers to the Sewage Disposal System Revenue Fund, and to make the charge retro-active to the date the Sewage Disposal System Revenue Fund was set up, and tbe motion was carried by the following Aye end No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Heel y; those voting No, none. Garbage Cans to Comply with Ordinance The Manager ref'orted that many garbaCEl cans do not comply with the regulations of the Garbage Ordinance, and efforts would be made to have a.ll garbage cans in the city comply wi th the regulations of the ordinance. Insfectioli to Ascertain Need for New Sidewalks The City Corrunission, wi th the City Manager and the City EnGineer, made a personal tour of the south and west areas of trle City to nsc8rtairl need for new sidewalks to be ordered in during 1951.
