The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall
Buildine;, Wednesday afternoon, March 14, 1951 at 1:00 0' clock F. M. Those beinL; present were Mayor
Lowe, Commissioner Secor, Commissioner Healy, City Manager Henderson, City Attorney Lovelace and the
Clerk when tho following proceedings were had:

The minutes of the last regular session were read a:nd it was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded
by Commissioner Secor, that the minutes be aH"roved as read, and the motion was carried by the followinG
Aye and No vote: those votinc Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor And Commissioner Healy; those
voting No, none.
Renewal of Vehicle Insurance
The Manager rerorted that the insurance rolicy coverine }-roperty damage and public liability on
ci ty motor vehicles ex! ires April 3, 1951. This policy has for several years been carried with Ute
Truck Insurance Exchane;e. It was moved by Conunissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor, thet the
policy be renewed with the SBme company, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and I~o vote:
those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those votini:; No, none.
