D. to. 364 The Manager stated this was the time and lInce set for the opening of bids for the construction of SiJ:c,iel Imrrovement District l~o. 364, w~lter main on South Twelfth Avenue from Curtiss to Koch Street. The bid of Allor, Edens being the only bid received was opened and read, and found to be as follows: For the layini:; of the water msin in Special Iml,rovement District No. 364 - - $504.00. It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor.. that the bid be accepted. and the Clerk of the Com,,'nission be authorized to advertise for the sale of Sf-ecial Iml-,rovement District Bonds to pay for construction proposed in this district and the motion wes carried by the following A~re and No votel those voting Aye beint:', rul3yor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none. Sale of S. I. D. No. 363 Bonds The Manager stated this was the time and place set for the opening of bids for the sale of Special 1 I 1 Improvement District No. 363 bonds. He ~resented the affidavit of publication of the Notice of the Sale, and stated that no written bids have been received, whereupon the Mayor called for oral bids. The following oral bids were heard: F. E. Herrett ~% interest par Chas. H. Bell, Agent 5% interest rar 1 There being no further bids heard, it was moved by Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commi.ssioner Healy, that the bids of Chas. H. Bell of par and 5% interest be scceI_ted, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those votinb Aye being W.a.yor Lowe. Co~']missioner Secor and Co~issioner Healy; those votinG No. none. Request for Rond Re}air Mrs. Lilliey; Gardner was present to request that the road to her proI,erty at the northeast r-art of the City be repaired. The ManaGer stated that the road in question was on Mrs. Gardner's FrO[ierty and the ci ty could not maintain private roadways.
