Bozeman, Montana
January 18, 1950
The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall
Building, Wednesday afternoon, January 18, 1950 at 1:00 0' clook F. M. Those being present were Mayor
Lowe, Commissioner Healy, Commissioner Seoor, City Attorney Lovelace, and the Clerk when the following
proceedings were had:

The minutes of the last regular session held January 11, 1950 were read, and it was moved by
Commissioner Healy, seoonded by Commissioner Secor tha t the minutes be approved as read, and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Co~nissioner
Healy and Commissioner Secor; those voting No, none.
Reports
The following reports were presented:
Building Inspector for the month of December and 1949 Annual
Flumbing Inspector for the month of December and 1949 Annual
Cemetery Board for the months of November and December, 1949
It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor, that the reports be accepted
and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being
Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Secor; those voting No, none.
Regional Meeting of Municipal League
.Attention of the City Commission was called to the Regional Meeting of the Montana Munioipal
League to be held in Bozeman January 28th, 1950.
Gasoline Claim Refund
A claim of the City of Bozeman against the State Board of Equalization in the amount of $722.05,

for a refund on the state gasoline tax was presented. It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded
by Commissioner Secor, that the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to sign the claim for the City of
Bozeman and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor
Lowe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Secor; those voting No, none.

Adjournment
There being no further business to oome before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Corrnnissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor, that the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried
by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner
Secor; those voting No, none.
