This being the time designated by law (Section 5LJ~8 R.C.M. 1935} , and Section
6 of Ordina!1ce No. 5211- for the organization of the Ci ty Commission in accordance with
the results of the Regular Municipal Election held November 8th, 19Lf9, the City Clffi-
mission met at 10:00 o'clock A.M.. Januery 3rd, 1950 in the Commission ROOM, City
Hall Building for organization purposes. Those belng present were Mayor Sorenson,
of the City Commission.
'The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved bv Commis-
sioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe t.hat t.he minutes be ,approved as read,
and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being
Mavor Sorenson, Commissioner Lowe and Commissioner Healy; those voting No, none.
There being no unfinished business to come before the retiring Commission, Mayor
Sorenson turned his chair over to incoming Mayor Lowe, and Commissioner-elect
Secor took his seat as City Commissioner.
There beine no further business to corne before the Commission at this time,
lt was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by COYlli--nissioaer Secor that the meeting
adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting
Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Secor; those voting No,
none.
