City Hall, Alfred M. Stiff Professional Building, Bozeman Public Library, Senior Center, Fire Station #1, Vehicle Maintenance, HRDC Barn, Water Reclamation Facility, and Water Treatment Plant Department.

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the Signature of Interim City Manager to sign Addendum to Professional Service Agreement for Janitorial Services at City Hall, Alfred M. Stiff Professional Building, Bozeman Public Library, Senior Center, Fire Station #1, Vehicle Maintenance/HRDC
Barn, Water Reclamation Facility, and Water Treatment Plant Department. Services will be

BACKGROUND: Extend existing Professional Services Agreement for additional year.

FISCAL EFFECTS: Funds are allocated in the current Facilities Budget to cover all associated
cost with the requested Addendum for Professional Service Level Agreement for Janitorial Services at City Hall, Alfred M. Stiff Professional Building, Bozeman Public Library, Senior Center, Fire Station #1, and Vehicle Maintenance/HRDC Barn.
Funds are allocated in the current Water Reclamation Facility Department Budget to cover all
associated cost with the requested Addendum for Professional Service Level Agreement for Janitorial Services at Water Reclamation Facility. Funds are allocated in the current Water Treatment Plant Department Budget to cover all
associated cost with the requested Addendum for Professional Service Level Agreement for
Janitorial Services at Water Treatment Plant Department. Attachments: Addendum for PSA for Janitorial Services, City Buildings.
