RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the Signature of Interim City Manager to sign Addendum to
Professional Service Agreement for Janitorial Services at City Shops Complex and Laurel Glenn. Services will be contracted with Montana Building Maintenance. SUGGESTED MOTION: Ratify the Signature of Interim City Manager to sign Addendum to

Services will be contracted with Montana Building Maintenance. BACKGROUND: Extend existing Professional Services Agreement for additional year.

cost with the requested Addendum for Professional Service Level Agreement for Janitorial
Services at City Shops Complex and Laurel Glenn.
