ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2017-04
Acting City Manager
It is hereby ordered:
In the event of emergency, or in case I cannot be reached, I hereby appoint
the following individuals to act in my stead during my absence, in the order listed
below. If the individual listed in position number 1 is not available, than
responsibility rolls to the individual listed in position number 2, etc.
1. Chuck Winn, Assistant City Manager
2. Anna Rosenberry, Assistant City Manager
3. Craig Woolard, Public Works Director
4. Martin Matsen, Community Development Director
S. Steve Crawford, Police Chief
6. Josh Waldo, Fire Chief
Whenever I am out of Gallatin County, Montana for more than twenty-four
(24) consecutive hours for an expected absence I will appoint one of the Assistant
City Managers to act in my stead through an internal memo. In the event that a
memo is not completed prior to my departure, the default order above will apply.
This Administrative Order is effective immediately.
