Those being present were Mayor Sorenson, Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Healy, City Attorney Lovelace, and the Clerk when the followinrs proceedlngs were had to-wit: The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was m.oved by Commlssioner I Heal y , seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the minutes be approved as read, and the mo- tion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye b elng Mayor Sorenson, Commissloner Lo've and Commissioner Healy;those voting No, none. Claims for the M~nth Claims ~~os. LI-825 to 11990 inclusive were presented on the various funds as follows: Band $ 15.90 Cemetery 613.36- Cerny. Permanent Care 9,000.00 Cemetery Suspense 65.00 Garbage - 1 , 51 7 . ~Ll General 13,183. 7 Library 537.42' Park 1,932.08 Parking Meter 981. 02 Police Reserve 86.15 S. I. D. Revolving 1,L+.76.28 Wi thholding 'rax 882.90 SDS Construction 420.06 SDS Revenue 4.26 Water L" 361. 63 $,; 35,077.07 Clerk of Commission Shadoan stated that he has audited these claims and finds them to be true and lawful claims against 'rhe City of Bozeman and recommends that warrants be drawn for their payment. After examination of the claims in detail by the City I Commission, it was moved by Comnissioner Healy, seconded bv Commissioner Lowe that the claims be approved and warrants drawn for their payment and the motion was carried oy the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Sorenson, Commissioner Lowe and Commis s ioner Healy; tho se va ti ng ~h, none, Reports The following reports for the month of December, 1948 were presented: Fire Chief Building Inspector Health Officer and the annual report of the BuildingInspector. It was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the reports be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Sorenson, Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Lowe; those vo ti~g No, none.
