Minor subdivision pre-application to create 2 lots from an existing 15,549- square-foot lot within a platted subdivision and adjacent to a watercourse. The application includes a driveway access easement and building access easement for adjacent properties within and adjacent to the proposed subdivision. 2) 17233 Cornerstone Condos Site Plan (Jadin) 2736 and 2756 Fen Way. Site Plan application for two additional multi-household dwellings with associated parking, open space and other site improvements. Existing multi-household dwellings on the property received Site Plan approval in 2006 (file #Z-05303). 3) 17286 Haggerty Lane Cottages Master Site Plan (Jadin) 699 Farmhouse Lane. Master Site Plan request for 32 residential dwelling units including single- and two-household dwellings on a 4.2-acre previously developed property in the RO zoning district. Existing Prior approvals on the lot include Haggerty Lane Cottages SP (Z07176), Hacot Minor Subdivision (P14031) and Haggerty Lane Apartments SP (Z12113). 4) 17275 Midtown Apartments Site Plan (Owens) 511 West Peach Street. Site plan application to allow the demolition of a single household residence and construction of a seven (7)-unit apartment building with three floors and related site improvements on a 0.231-acre parcel zoned B-2M. 5) 17278 Norton East Ranch Subdivision Phase 4 Pre-app (WerBell) May Fly Street at Laurel Parkway. Major subdivision pre-application for 36 lots on 29.85 acres. The subdivision will include 18 residential-office lots, 13 high-density residential lots, 3 common open space lots, and 2 restricted development lots. The pre-application also proposes dedication of rights-of-way. 6) 17026 MSU Innovation Campus Site Plan Phase 1 (Krueger)Revisions 2500 W College St, Bozeman, MT 59715. A Master Site Plan is proposed for the Montana State University Innovation Campus (MSUIC) to develop a 40.76 acre new university-related research park in support of the research, technology transfer, entrepreneurial, and economic development activities. 7) 17027 MSU Innovation Campus Master Plan (Krueger)Revisions 2500 W College St, Bozeman, MT 59715. Phase one of the Montana State University Innovation Campus (MSUIC) for the construction of streets and infrastructure only. 8) 17295 North Park URD (Saunders) Review of proposed urban renewal district. The North Park urban renewal area is located to the north and west of the Interstate 90 – North 7th Interchange and is generally bound by Interstate 90 to the west, Red Wing Drive to the north and east, Flora Lane and North 7th Avenue to the east, and Mandeville Lane to the south.
