RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk), of the partially
executed sewer pipeline easement. Engineering staff reviewed the
easement and found it to be acceptable.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
