Message: Dear Commissioners, I hope you seriously consider the objections raised by the Loyal
Garden neighborhood in the Golden Gate condominium project. I feel that it is not in character
for how this lovely,family community has developed. It also is not an appealing design for a
primary entry-way corridor to Bozeman with it's 3-story buildings on Huffine. The 3-story
design does not "fit" in the Loyal Garden character at all! The developer slapped a more appealing front on the buildings facing Golden Gate, but did nothing to make the faces of the
other buildings matching that look. The change the developer made from the initial plans are a
start, but not enough. Please, no 3-story buildings and please make all outside appearances to the
buildings match what is shown on plan for Golden Gate. It seems you are more strict with the big
box stores! This is a family neighborhood. Please take this into consideration.
