Dear Commissioners,
Why not recreate the affordable housing that was once located at the old Bridger View Trailer
Park site?An enormous amount of land there is now being used for nothing.
We realize that someday it may be parkland—but presently it is off-limits for any use. And so,
until the Story Mill Park is developed, why not get the most out of the land. The infrastructure is
probably still in place, and this would make land-use costs much more reasonable than the Peets
Hill proposal offered by the Affordable Housing Advisory Board.
