PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR
2016 MATERIALS TESTING PROJECT
THIS AGREEMENT is made as of this 0r'' day of,`Us-,G- 22017,
between THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, a Municipal Corporation, Bozeman, Montana, herein referred
to as OWNER and DOWL, LLC, an Engineering rioilJull ilg Flrlll of Bozeman, lviontana, hcrciii
referred to as ENGINEER.
WHEREAS,the parties previously entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated
June 20, 2016,herein referred to as Original Agreement for professional engineering services; and
WHEREAS,the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the contract time one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS
CONTAINED HEREIN, the parties agree as follows:
The conditions and provisions set forth in the attached EXHIBIT A (Scope of Services and Fee
Proposal) are hereby incorporated in and made part of this Agreement.
2. Term/Effective Date: This Agreement is effective upon the date of its
execution and will terminate on the 30tt' day of June, 2018.
30. Extensions: This agreement shall in no case be extended past June 30th, 2018.

Except as specifically amended herein,the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect
and the Parties shall be bound by all terms and conditions therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto do make and execute this Agreement on the day
and year first above written.
