Paul Jones appeared before tf:e City Commission with a proposed plat of land ly- imr on the east side of Seventh Avenue and north of Durston Road, which land is owned by himself and some ad,ioining owner3, wi th the east and west streets platted to coinCide with the east and west streets of subdivisions east of the tract, and wi th alleys to serve all lots in the proposed addition.
