The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall
building, Wednesday afternoon. November 18. 1953 at 1;00 o'clock P. M. Present were Mayor Secor.
Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Erwin, Commissioner Eleot Healy, City Attorney Lovelace and the Clerk
when the following proceedings were had;
Minutes of the last regular session were read. and it was moved by Commissioner Erwin, seconded
by Commissioner Lowe, that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Erwin; those
voting No, none.
Sandwich Wagon Discussed
Mr. Ralph E. Brown appeared before the Comndssion to discuss the operation of a Sandwich Wagon
which he proposes to operate from a panel t ruck remodeled for that purpose. He stated the truck would
be moved every day, located on private property, and would not be a permanent building. After oonsidera-
tion, the Commission stated that if the op6ration of the Sandwich Wagon was an allowable use in the zone
in which it is located, and the operation is approved through the City-County Health Office. that a
business license could be issued, and a building permit would not be necessary.

The following reports for the month of October, 1953 were presented;
Plumbing Inspector
Building Inspeotor
Cemetery Board
Cashier
It was moved by Commissioner Lowe, seoonded by Commissioner Erwin, that the reports be aocepted
and ordered filed and the motion was oarried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being
Mayor Seoor, Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
Claims for S. I. D. No. 371 & 372
Claims Nos. 8140 and 8141 of the Long Construction Company for work completed on Special Improvement
Districts No. 371 and 372 were presented as follows:
Special Improvement District No. 371 $6,677.88
Special Improvement District No. 372 9,411.93
It was moved by Commissioner Erwin, seconded by Commissioner Lowe, that the claims be approved
end warrants drawn for their payment, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote:
those voting Aye being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
Red Heart Tag Sale Day
A request from the Ladies of the Moose Lodge to sell Red Heart tags on the streets Saturday,
November 21st, 1953 was read. It was moved qy Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Erwin, that
the request be granted, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye
being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe, Commissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Erwin, seconded by Commissioner Lowe, that the meeting adjourn, and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe,
Commissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
