a. Acknowledge receipt of staff report - request for annexation of 156.96 acres
located in the W1h. of the SE ~ and the E% of the SW ~ in Section 4, T2S,
R5E, MPM (north side of Durston Road approximately 1300 feet west of its
intersection with Cottonwood Road) (A-0107) (DS)
b. Commission Resolution No. 3485 - intent to annex 156.96 acres located in
the W 1h. of the SE ~ and the E Y2 of the SW ~ in Section 4, T2S, R5E, MPM
(north side of Durston Road approximately 1300 feet west of its intersection
with Cottonwood Road); set public hearing for November 13, 2001

Motion and vote to approve and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Informal review - Laurel Glen concept plan - 156.96 acres located in the W % of the SE Y4
and the E 1h. of the SW ~ in Section 4, T2S, R5E, MPM (north side of Durston Road
approximately 1300 feet west of its intersection with Cottonwood Road)

6. Ordinance No. 1548 - establishing an initial zoning designation of "BP", Business Park,
on 20.33 acres described as COS No. 331 (2501 North 19th Avenue) (Previously Item
5 on September 24 agenda)

10. Public hearing - Certificate of Appropriateness to allow demolition of an existing shed and
construction of a new 14-foot by 22-foot garage and 6-foot-high cedar fence on Lots 15
and 16, Block 11, Butte Addition, with deviations from Sections 18.18.050,
18.50.050.f.1. and 18.50.070.A., Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow garage to encroach
3 feet into required side yard setback and 5 feet into required rear year setback for
accessory structures, and to allow fence to exceed the four-foot height limit by two feet-
