South of Baxter Lane between Flanders Mill Road and Future Cottonwood Road. Site Plan
application to construct phase 1 of the Bozeman Sports Park. Phase 1 consists of the
installation of eight soccer fields with pedestrian and vehicular facilities.
B. 17169 Cattail 4-Plex Site Plan (Boughan) Revision
3361 & 3385 Fen Way. A Site Plan application to allow the development of four 4-plex
buildings and related site improvements
C. 17186 North Grand Housing Site Plan (Jadin) Revision
301 North Grand Avenue. Site Plan application with Certificate of Appropriateness and
Demolition permit proposing the demolition of an existing single-household dwelling and
construction of a 8347 square-foot, 5-unit residential structure with related site
improvements.
D. 17072 South Rows Residential Site Plan (Owens) Revision
540 Enterprise Blvd. Site Plan application for construction of 21 dwellings among 1 two-
household, 5 three-household, and 1 four-household units in R-3 zoning on a currently
vacant lot comprised of 1.7393 acres (75,763 SF). Related site improvements include open
space, parking, connectivity, stormwater, utilities, and landscaping.
