Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-14 as submitted.

1. Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (FY18) City Manager's Recommended Budget (D.

Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as an Action Item so that Commission may direct
staff as necessary.
2. Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) Budget Work Session - Special Revenue Funds: Community
Development Fund, Building Inspection Fund, Tree Maintenance Fund (Forestry), Community
Housing Fund - Workforce Housing (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as an Action Item so that Commission may direct
staff as necessary.
3. Continued from May 22, 2017: Spratt Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to Allow Personal and
Convenience Services in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zoning District at 304 Gallatin Park
Drive, Application 17131 (Quasi-Judicial) (Jadin)

Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all
the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 17131
and move to approve the conditional use permit with conditions and subject to all applicable code
provisions.
4. Ordinance 1975 Provisional Adoption, Clarifying Victims of Criminal Bozeman Municipal Code
Offenses are to be Provided Restitution (Sullivan)
Consider the motion: After considering the staff memorandum and presentation, and public comment, I
hereby provisionally adopt Ordinance 1975.
