'Ilhe Commission of The City of Bozeman met in special session. pursuant to call. in the
Commission Room. City Hall Building, Friday mornin?:. April 18, 1952, at 11:30 o'clock A. M.
Those beinE present were Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe, Commiss ioner Rrwin, City Manager Henderson
and the Clerk, when the following proceedings were had:
1 Discussion was opened relative to the recently armounced pro[':ram of the State Highway Depart-
ment on maintenance of all streets which are part of the Federal Highway System and 011 the need of
reconstruction of South Ei~hth Avenue and possibility of ~etting North Rouse Street made part of
the Federal Hir;hway System. It being considered that information on these matters could best be
secured throu[~h a conference with the State Highway Commiss ion and such a conference having been
arranl'ed for this date, it was moved by Corrunissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner P,rwin that
this meetinf be adjourned to enable the City Commission to go to Helena for such a conference and
the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye beinr Mayor Secor,
Conunissi.oner Lowe and Corrunissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
