The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall
Building, Wednesday afternoon, May 21, 1952, at 1100 o'olock P. M. Present were Mayor Secor.
Commissioner Lowe. Commissioner Erwin. City Attorney Lovelace. and the Clerk when the following
proceedings were hadl I
Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commissioner Erwin, seoonded
by Commissioner Lowe, that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye end No votel those voting Aye being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Erwin and Commdssioner Lowe;
those voting No. none.
Fluorine Content of Water Supply
A oomaunication from the State Board of Health was read stating the presenoe of Fluorine in
samples of the City's water supply to be as followsl
Bozeman Creek - - 0.3 part per million
Lyman Creek - - - 0.2 part per million
These samples were collected May 5. 1952.
Loading Zone on South Tracy
Mr. Harry Miller, of Miller's Jewelry, 2 East Main Street, was present to disouss the problem
of loading and unloading of merchandise at his establishment. He stated he has no parking problem
but his problem was being able to load and unload merchandise without being ticketed for traffic
violation.
The need for a loading zone on South Tracy Avenue to serve Langohr' a Flower Shop. Killer's I
Jewelry and the Masonic Temple was considered. and Mr. Miller was asked to make applicatiom for a
loading zone on South Tracy Avenue. and action would be taken on his application.
Adjournment
There being no further business to oome before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Lowe, seoonded by Commissioner Erwin, that the meeting adjourn and the motiom was carried
by tlle following Aye find No votel those voting Aye being Mayor Secor, Commissioner Lowe and
Comm~'5ioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
