The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room. City Hall
Building, Wednesday afternoon. November 14, 1951 at ltOO o'olock P. M. Present were Mayor Lowe.
Commissioner Healy, Commissioner Seoor, City Attorney Lovelace and the Clerk when the following
proceedings were had:
by Commissioner Seoor. that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was oarried by the follow-
ing Aye and No vote: those voting ~e being Kayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy;
those voting No. none.
Waldorf to Defense Meeting
A oommunication from the State Chairman of Civilian Defense was read, stating there would be a
meeting of city and county directors in Helena. November 19th. 1961, and asking that a representative
be sent from this city_
It was moved by Commissioner Seoor, seconded by Commissioner Healy. that beoause of the absence
from the city of City Manager M. E. Henderson, Civilian Defense Direotor, and it being in the public
interest that Dean Waldorf. Assistant Director of Civilian Defense. be authorized to attend this
meeting and his expenses be paid from the General Fund. and the motion was oarried by the following
Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those
voting No, none.

There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Secor; those voting No. none.

Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Healy. that the meeting adjourn and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Healy and
