The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Wednesday afternoon, at 1:00 o'clock P.M. Present were Mayor Lowe,
Commissioner Secor, Commissioner Healy, City Attorney Lovelace and the Clerk, when the
following proceedings were had:
Minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was ~oved by Commissioner
Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor that the minutes be approved as read, and the mo-
tion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe,
Commissioner Healy and Commissioner Secor; those voting No, none.
Claims for West Trunk Sewer Pipe
Claims Nos. 2551 and 2552 in the amount of $1,612.14 and $1,~J9.94 respectively of
the Lovell Clay Products Company for sewer pipe furnished by the West Trunk Sanitary
Sewer were presented. The claims being sllbJect to a cash discount of 2%, it was moved
by Commissioner Secor, seconded by Commissioner Healy that the claims be aoproved and
warrants drawn for their payment, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Secor, and Commissioner Healy;
those voting No, none.
Letter - State Board of Health - Fluorine Test
A communication from the State Board of Health was read, stating the water samples
submitted to them for October, 1951, from theBozeman City Water Supply had been tested
for fluorine content and the Lyman Creek supply and the Bozeman Creek supply each con-
tained .2 part per million of fluorine.
Claim -- DQ~p Truck for Street Department
Claim No. 2553 of the Northern Auto Company for the dump truck for the Street
Department in the amount of $2,980.00 was presented. After examination of the claim
it was moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor that the claim be
approved and a warrant drawn for its payment, and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Gommis s ioner Secor and Commis-
sioner Healy; those voting No, none.

Panel Discussion at Chamber of Commerce Meeting
Mr. Howard Nelson, Earle Jennings, and Harold Near a committee from the Chamber of
Commerce and Wm. Stut~man, Secretary, were present to explain their monthly dinner at
which time the members of the City Commission and heads of departments of the City of
Bozeman will be guests, and take part in a panel discussion of city affairs.
They stated the meeting was to be a public relations meeting and is to be educational
as well as informative.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Healy, seconded by Commissioner Secor that the meeting adjourn and
the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor
Lowe, commissioner Secor and Commissioner Healy; those voting No,
