> Dear City Commissioners:

> I just spoke with Bozeman's Compliance Officer about the disgraceful condition of my neighborhood
(500 block of W. Harrison). On my block, three of the houses have lawns full of spreading weeds and tall
grass, but I'm told that the City of Bozeman has no enforceable ordinance that would precipitate a visit
and a request that property be attended to. That's a great disappointment to those of us who are
negatively impacted by renters and absentee landlords, and I'm growing weary of diplomatically policing
the neighborhood.
> After another night of loud partying neighbors, we began , this morning, to dream aloud of moving.
Our thirty eight year investment in what we've come to know as our HOME tends to mitigate against
such rash decision making, so we'll just head into the mountains for a few days. C'est la vie.

> I've reached out to the owner of the crown jewel of the neighborhood at 525 W. Harrison. She
claimed to have visited the place two weeks age, and also claimed that it looked fine at the time. It's also
worth noting that she offered to sell seven seven acres of prime swampland in Florida.
