Pursuant to call. the Commission of The City of Bozeman met in a special session. in the
Commission Room. City Hall Building. Thursday morning, April 12. 1951. at 9:30 o'clock A. M.
Present were Mayor Lowe. Commissioner Seoor. Commissioner Healy, City Manager Henderson and the
Clerk. when the following prooeedings were had:
The Manager stated the purpose of this meeting is to consider emergency measures neoessary for
repair of Eighth Avenue South. Arrangements having been made for a conference on this date at
Helena. between the Ci~ Commission and the State Highway Commission, it was moved by Commissioner
Healy. seconded by Commissioner Secor. that travel of the City Commissioners. the City Manager. and
the Ci~ Engineer to Helena to attend this conference be authorized and that their expense for such
travel be paid from the General Fund and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote:
those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe. Commissioner Secor and Commiss~ner Healy; those voting No. none.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time. it was moved by
Commissioner Secor. seconded by Commissioner Healy. that the meeting adjourn and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe. Commissioner Secor and
Commdssioner Healy; those voting No. none.
