Hi,
I'm writing to state that I oppose the current possible ordinances for short term vacation rentals in the City of Bozeman.
I've been able to keep my house through medical situations when I was unable to work, due to the ability to rent it on the
weekends. It's allowed me to pay my mortgage when I otherwise wouldn't have been able to.
Please reconsider the restrictive guidelines that are being proposed.
I have had long term renters in my home when I leave for a month or two and they don't take nearly the care of the house
that a short term vacation user does. And the renters adjacent to me are loud partiers of MSU. The vacation renters in
both homes east and west of my property are always quiet and respectful. I support vacation rentals in the city.
