A. Call to Order - 7:30 AM – City Commission Room, City Hall 121

B. Changes to the Agenda
D. Approval of March 2017 minutes (See Attachment Exhibit 1)
E. Public Comment – Members of the audience or their agent may
be invited to present testimony or evidence. To be recognized, each
person desiring to give testimony or evidence shall step forward and,
after being recognized, give their name and address for the record. The
presiding officer may establish a time frame for each public comment
but in no case shall such timeframe be less than three (3) minutes per
speaker. The presiding officer may lengthen or shorten the time allotted
for public testimony.
F. Presentation by Brit Fontenot and David Fine (COB, Economic
Development) on proposed changes to parking requirements in Mid
Town.
G. Presentation from Bill Clem (Kerbspace Inc.) regarding utilization
of a clean energy grant to place two electric vehicle charging stations in
the Rouse Street parking lot; provide direction to staff on how to proceed
with this issue. (See Attachment Exhibit 2)
H. Action Items
1. Resolution 2017-02 “RECOMMENDING THE BOZEMAN CITY
COMMISSION ADOPT NEW RATES FOR THE MONTANA STATE
UNIVERSITY AND BOZEMAN HIGH SCHOOL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.”
(See Attachment Exhibit 3).
2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Professional Services Agreement with
Rick Williams Consulting Inc. (See Attachment Exhibit 4)
3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Professional Services Agreement with
Dupree Building Specialties of Montana for the purchase and
installation of twenty fire extinguisher cabinets for the Bridger
Park Downtown Garage. (See Attachment Exhibit 5)
4. Discuss/Approve/Deny “Pilot” parking space sharing program
with Big Sky Western Bank. (See Attachment Exhibit 6)
5. Discuss/Approve/Deny “Temporary On-Street Parking Permit”
program. (See Attachment Exhibit 7)

The next Bozeman Parking Commission meeting will be held May 11th,
2017 at 7:30am at City Hall.
