The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in a.n adjourned regular sess ion in the City Manager's
Office, City Hall Building, Thursday, October 17, 1957 at 2:00 o'clock P. M. Present were Mayor
Swanson, Commissioner Erwin, City Manager Henderson and the Clerk. The following proceedings were
had:
Water Improvement Project - Right-of-way Easement
The right-of-way ea.sements to cross the properties of Helen Na.sh were presented.
and the Mayor and the C1e rk of the Commission be authorized to sign the easements for the City of
Bozeman, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor
Swanson and Commissioner Erwin; those voting No, none.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Erwin, seconded by Mayor Swanson, that the meeting adjourn, and the mot! on was carried
by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Swanson and Commissioner Erwin;
those voting No, none.
