C. Approve Meeting Minutes (see joint agenda)

the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be
an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your
comments to three minutes.

to the Bozeman Community Plan Update (Board/Saunders)
Subcommittee will include board members:

Paul Neubauer
2. Evaluation of existing Bozeman Neighborhood Plans (Board/Saunders)
Board and Saunders determined that this item will be discussed in the next Planning Board Meeting.
