pre-application proposing the subdivision of an existing tract of record into two reduced-size
residential medium density zoned lots.
H. 17166 Lot 14 North Montana Ave. Site Plan with NCOA and Demolition (Owens)
402-412 N. Montana Ave. Site Plan with NCOA application for redevelopment of existing
0.8997-acre residential property abutting Bozeman Creek and located in the NCOD and R-2
zoning district to allow demolition of all except 2 households, renovations, construction of 3
new households, and related site improvements.
