Authorize the Interim City Manager to Sign the Notice of Award and Purchase Agreement with Midwest Welding and Machine for the Fabrication of a Removable Bulkhead for the Bozeman Swim Center (Hill) 3. Approve the Interim City Manager’s Reappointment of Bill Ranard to the Police Commission (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-3 as submitted. E. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. F. Action Items 1. Safelite Auto Glass Conditional Use Permit to Allow an Auto Repair Business to Use Existing Retail Space within the B-2 (Community Business) Zoning District, Application 16342 (Quasi- Judicial) (Jadin) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, May 1, 2017 Page 2 of 3 the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 16342 and move to approve the conditional use permit with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 2. Commission Policy Discussion and Direction on Midtown (B-2M) Parking Standards (Fine) Consider the motion: I move to direct Economic Development, Community Development, and Parking Staff to draft changes to the Bozeman Municipal Code for future consideration amending the text of the Unified Development Code and the B-2M zoning designation to codify the parking standards presented in Option A and to propose other code changes so as to make the proposed policy functional in the context of existing code. 3. Resolution 4790, Adopting the 2017 Transportation Master Plan Update (Woolard) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4790, adopting the 2017 Transportation Master Plan Update. 4. Appointment(s) to the Northeast Urban Renewal Board (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to five members to the Northeast Urban Renewal Board with the following terms: One business owner position term ending July 31, 2017 (Bobbi Clem) One at-large position term ending July 31, 2020 (John Usher) One resident position term ending July 31, 2017 (Daniel Doehring) Two members to the non-voting positions with terms ending July 31, 2017, and July 31, 2019. 5. Legislative Update (Andrus) Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as Action Item so that Commission may direct staff as necessary. G. FYI/Discussion H.
