Dear Mr. Chase, i
am in receipt of your letter dated April 20, 2017. A copy of the postmarked envelope is
attached.
Please respect that our home and lot are private property. Our lot and home are not an "off I
leash public park," or a public park.
Our driveway is not a public parking lotfor your personal use, your business use, your
employee, sub-contractor or tenant use. Continued use and abuse of our property will now be
reported to the police. What a waste of taxpayer dollars. NN
Additionally, I hope you will consider the safety of all people who reside in Loyal Garden
Subdivision, by encouraging your employee's, contractor's, sub-contractor's and tenant's to j
keep their dogs on leashes, during construction and after completion. I was told by a
homeowner, that they have brought many concerns to Minnick Management via email, specific
to the Golden Gate Condominium project. Many, 'off leash" dogs have accompanied those
visiting/working and now residing on your Golden Gate Condominium project.

One recent incident: As I understand, an off leash German Shepherd left your condominium
project/lot, crossed Golden Gate Avenue and entered a private homeowner's yard. A negative
encounter between the two dogs, on the homeowner's yard/property, The homeowner's dog
had no way to escape, as it was tied up, leaving it very vulnerable to other, unleashed dogs
running at large. I was told by the homeowner, that Bozeman Police were notified.

I hope you will make an effort to clean up the construction debris and garbage which has been
littering Loyal Garden subdivision (insulation, sheeting, wood blocking trail, fast food containers/
packaging/condiments, plastic eating utensil, napkins, dog feces, etc.).
Thank you for your understanding and respect of our neighborhood.

Dear Mrs.Diteman:
I am in receipt of your letter and enclosures dated April 18,2017, addressed to the City of
Bozeman,Montana Fair Housing,Minnick Management, Loyal Garden Subdivision HOA Board,
Detain Madill and myself regarding your issues with the Golden Gate Condominiums and me,
personally.
Please be on notice you are not permitted on any Golden Gate Condominium property.
Specifically,you are not permitted on,in or about the parking lots which are the property of Golden
Gate Condominiums. Furthermore, you are not permitted on, in or about any buildings which are
presently under construction and not inhabited by valid occupants of the Golden Gate
Condominiums.
Any future entrance upon the Golden Gate Condominiums' property without invitation by
a valid occupant or member of the Association will result in legal action.
