G. 17102 Summerland Condos Site Plan (Boughan) 3350, 3351, 3352, 3353, 3354, 3355, 3356, 3357 Fen Way Site Plan application to allow the construction of four duplexes with related site improvements within an R-3 zoning district. H. Valley Commons Building C Site Plan (Jadin) Revisions 3991 Valley Commons Drive. A site plan application for a 3,031 square foot commercial building. The site includes two existing buildings and existing parking and circulation. I. Professional Drive Apartments Site Plan (WerBell) Revisions 766 & 776 Professional Drive. Site Plan application proposing the construction of two 12- unit residential apartment buildings on a 0.96-acre lot with related site improvements J. BKCP Apartments Informal (WerBell) NW of Fallon Road and Resort Drive. Informal Review application requesting comments on the proposed two-phase construction of 340 dwelling units on a 20-acre parcel with related site improvements and parkland and street dedication.
