to the front page article of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, dated Wednesday, April 19, 2017,
regarding Andy Holloran's revised proposal for the Black and Olive development site. The
choices made for this site will set a precedent for the hopefully many future developments of this
type for the downtown area. Please continue to exercise reasonable requirements of appropriate
size. A five story building at the corner of Black and Olive is not appropriate and according to
the Chronicle article adequate parking has still not been addressed. I fully support increasing
density in the downtown area as long as it is done in an aesthetic manner and one that considers
impacts on adjacent neighborhoods. Mr. Holloran is starting to appear as insensitive to his
neighbors concerns and uncreative in designing projects of this nature. Sincerely, Dave Combs
