Subject: Interesting Articles about downtown dynamics and parking
I read this first article a few days ago and shared it with my boards as we have been discussing the
changing tenant mix downtown (in particular the conversion of retail spaces to restaurants). I truly think
we are seeing the three dynamics outlined in this article playing out in various degrees in downtown
Bozeman.
The seconded linked article is a response to the first in terms of how these trends relate to Main
Streets/downtowns and parking.
