Message: I appreciate Chronicle's editorial. Please consider the spirit of the law as well as letter
of regulations re: Black-Olive plans. Developer is manipulating CONTRIVED parking to force
development over needs of neighborhood and historic district. Vote NO on parking plans and
help him build elsewhere in city.
