Message: I ask that you do not approve the current building plan proposed for the corner of
Black and Olive. The current plan is most definitely inappropriate for the location, and will cause
serious increased traffic issues in the area, will destroy property values, both monetary and
cultural, for surrounding homeowners, and is an eyesore for Bozeman. One man's greed does not
count against the many people who are losing what they value. Thank you. Rose Vallor
